
5. Provided the instrument is not logging data, if necessary, press
the key to change the frequency weighting in use (see Sec-
tion 4.7.2).
6. While sound levels are being displayed, press the or
keys to select the next or previous parameter from the follow-
ing series of parameters available (without disturbing the time
weighting set for any data being logged). Each parameter is
identified by supplementary legends on the display.
Sound pressure level with Fast time weighting,
Maximum level with Fast time weighting
,
Sound pressure level with Slow time weighting,
Maximum level with Slow time weighting
,
Sound pressure level with Impulse time weighting,
Maximum level with Impulse time weighting,

7. While average noise levels are being displayed, press the
key to display stored average noise levels calculated with the
next from up to four different exchange rate values (Q = 3, 4, 5,
and 6).
The value used for the currently displayed average noise level
will be shown below the main display. Note that L
is the L
value calculated with Q = 3 (and data time weighting).
