Symptom:- Pump runs but cannot achieve desired flow rate.

Possible cause:-

Service Hint.

Leak on pump assembly. Locate and correct.

Dirt under valves or valves damaged. Replace.

Inlet filter clogged. Remove and clean.

Flow potentiometer inoperative Replace circuit

board.

Symptom:- Cannot obtain full shift

working even when pressure drop does

not exceed 40cm H20 at 2 litres/min.

Possible cause:-Incomplete charge. Recharge.

Battery below capacity. Fully charge and

check voltage, should

be 4.8V-5.4V. If

below check output from charger:-

should be 110-125mA.

If output correct

replace battery.

High current consumption due to Locate and correct.

mechanical defect in pump.
